Heating Instructions
Our meals take the stress out of mealtimes. They’re like having your own personal Chef!
Simply heat in the microwave for 2 minutes to 5 minutes, depending on the meal. Defrosting your meal will help it to heat quicker, but you can heat from frozen.
Film Covered:
Heat for 2 to 5 minutes in the microwave.
Don’t have a microwave? Don’t worry. You can use the oven too – it just takes a little longer.
To use the oven, simply defrost your meal, remove any paper and plastic packaging and bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.

Serving Inspiration
Our favourite thing about our meals – other than their taste and how easy they make mealtimes – is their versatility!
You can heat & serve as is, or you can get creative. Here are a few ideas from our amazing Chefs.
- It’s all in the detail! Once your meal is heated, carefully separate and plate each ingredient separately, adding a fresh garnish before serving to really take your meal to the next level.
- Add more veggies to your serving. A great dish to do this with is the Shepherd’s Pie.
- Serve raita and naan or roti with one of our curries.
- Garlic bread and a side salad are great additions to serve alongside a pasta dish.
- Having a dinner party? Simply defrost the right number of portions of the same meal and heat in the oven. You can then plate directly onto individual plates or combine onto one large serving platter. You can also add your own freshly made sides. Garlic bread and a salad works well alongside the tortellini.
- Turn the banana bread into a delicious dessert by adding ice cream and a caramel sauce.
